This policy describes how personal data collected on hopra.ai is processed, the purposes pursued and the rights you have. It complements the legal notice accessible from the footer.
Data controller
The controller of personal data collected on hopra.ai is Sarah Gargowitsch, acting for the Hopra project (Powered by Studio S.). For any question regarding your data, write to privacy@hopra.ai.
Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our forms: first and last name, business email, company, role, team size, resources or use cases you mention, and any free-form messages you write. No sensitive data is requested. No data is silently collected through advertising tracking.
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to: (1) respond to your demo, pricing or resource request — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR); (2) manage our commercial relationship and follow-up — legal basis: legitimate interest in organising our activity (art. 6.1.f GDPR); (3) comply with any accounting or legal obligations. No profiling is carried out for advertising purposes.
Retention periods
Your data is retained for a maximum period of three years from our last contact. Beyond that, it is deleted or anonymised. Any accounting data is retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations (ten years).
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to authorised members of the Hopra team. We rely on technical processors bound by contract: Vercel Inc. (hosting and edge distribution, based in the United States), Supabase Inc. (database, European Union infrastructure), Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery, based in the United States), Google LLC (audience measurement through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, only after explicit consent, with IP anonymisation), Google Search Console (site indexing, no visitor data collection). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our technical processors may be located outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (decision 2021/914) or, failing that, by equivalent recognised guarantees.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access with authentication, and logging of sensitive access. Our providers are selected in particular for their security guarantees and GDPR compliance.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of your consent where processing is based on it. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@hopra.ai; proof of identity may be requested in case of doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL — www.cnil.fr) or your national supervisory authority.
Cookies and audience measurement
The hopra.ai website distinguishes two categories of cookies. (1) Strictly necessary cookies: they ensure the technical operation of the site — language preference, light/dark theme, recording your consent choice. They are set without prior consent, in line with the recommendations of the French CNIL. (2) Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager): they help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These cookies are only set after your explicit consent, collected via the banner displayed on your first visit. IP addresses are anonymised. No advertising cookies or commercial profiling are used. You can change your choice at any time by deleting the cookies from your browser settings: the banner will reappear on your next visit.
Policy updates
This policy may evolve to reflect legal, technical or contractual changes. The last update date is indicated at the top of this page. Substantial changes will be notified to you by email if we have your address.
