Our approach

Corporate learning is not a content library.

It's a long conversation between a person, a craft, and a world that keeps shifting. Hopra was built to hold that conversation — not to distribute modules. With native AI that speaks your language, protects your data, and measures what really matters.

Our 4 founding values

What guides every product, pedagogical, and technical decision.

Pedagogical craft

Every interaction is designed. Every transition is measured. Every word is weighed. You don't scroll an LMS at Hopra — you inhabit an experience crafted by designers and pedagogues who know the detail. Our visual and editorial bar is that of a premium product, not an admin UI.

Native intelligence, not an overlay

AI isn't a feature at Hopra. It's the nervous system. It anticipates, adjusts, suggests, corrects — at the heart of every path, every activity, every interaction. Without replacing the trainer, amplifying clarity. Without replacing the learner, respecting autonomy.

Data sovereignty

Built in France, European cloud infrastructure, GDPR-aligned. Your training data, business documents, learner conversations stay in Europe. Prompts sent to AI providers are configured to exclude any training reuse. Zero leak, zero retention on provider side.

Real measurability

Metrics that land with leadership. Real progression, observable engagement, traceable impact. Learning fog has had its time — at Hopra, every learning signal counts, every drop-off surfaces, every ROI is measurable honestly.

Our ambition

What Hopra wants to become.

We started Hopra with a simple conviction: artificial intelligence should become an everyday, precise, respectful tool in corporate learning and knowledge management. Not a demo gadget, not a chatbot pasted onto a legacy LMS. A native nervous system that lives with the organization.

Our ambition is international. We want every organization — first in Europe, then everywhere — to be able to activate an AI that speaks their language, understands their context, protects their data. A human-scale AI that reinforces learner autonomy rather than diluting it. An AI you can audit, challenge, and exit from without loss.

We believe the alternative to GAFA platforms in learning isn't a localized copy-paste. It's a platform that owns different choices from design — sovereignty, transparency, pedagogical quality, and intelligence that steps aside to make room for human knowledge. We start from Europe, we build it for the world.

Our commitments — contractual

What we owe you, in writing.

Not marketing promises. Commitments in our client contracts, subject to audit.

01

Your data never trains any third-party model

Prompts sent to our AI providers are configured with the 'no-training' flag. Ephemeral transit only, zero retention on provider side. Your knowledge stays your intellectual property.

02

European hosting — no transfer outside the EU

All tenant data (documents, learner interactions, vectorizations) is stored on European cloud infrastructure. No US fallback region, no cross-Atlantic backup.

03

Complete reversibility — 30 days to leave cleanly

If you decide to stop Hopra, we export your data in standard formats (SCORM, xAPI, CSV, JSON), documented and reusable elsewhere. No technical lock-in.

04

Transparent roadmap — prioritized with you

Our client tenants are consulted on quarterly product priorities. Major new features go through a client pilot before industrialization. No imposed surprises.

05

No dark patterns, no hidden fees

Clear annual pricing, no extra AI modules billed, frictionless unsubscribe, no renewal trap. Pricing conditions are public in our contracts and don't change silently.

06

Human support within 24 business hours

No conversational AI to absorb dissatisfaction. Human support that understands your business, with contractualized SLAs per offer.

What we'll never do

Hopra's red lines.

A product is also defined by what it refuses. Here are our non-negotiables.

  • Sell or monetize your learning data, directly or indirectly.
  • Hide current limits — if a feature isn't mature yet, we say so and give a target date.
  • Sacrifice learner experience to inflate a commercial KPI (e.g. pushing irrelevant modules).
  • Industrialize blindly — every client deployment is validated through a pilot, not a signup dashboard.
  • Deploy an AI provider whose confidentiality conditions aren't auditable and documented.
  • Promise compliance we haven't yet reached — when it's V1.1, we say V1.1.

R&D foundation

How we stay sharp, without chasing hype.

AI moves fast. Too fast, often, for enterprises with other priorities. At Hopra, a dedicated team tracks real advances — those that change what's pedagogically possible, not impressive demos without ROI.

Active scientific watch

Regular reading of NeurIPS, ICLR, ACL papers. Participation in the French AI research community. We track real technical evolutions, not LinkedIn buzz.

Pedagogical lab partnerships

Collaboration with research labs in instructional engineering and cognitive sciences. Our activity formats are scientifically validated, not just designed.

Transparent beta program

Our pilot tenants test new capabilities before general production. Direct feedback, week by week, with visible iterations.

Open-source contribution

Some cross-cutting tools are published open-source (parsers, pedagogical evaluators). We give away what isn't differentiating to participate in the ecosystem.

Anti-short-term product line

Our product roadmap isn't optimized for quarterly revenue. It's optimized for long-term product solidity and lasting tenant trust.

Open to being challenged

If you point out a limit, a bias, an inconsistency, we answer publicly and fix it. No corporate defense — honesty is a permanent axis of work.

We build a platform we'd use ourselves, every day, for ten years. If this vision resonates with what you're building on your side, let's talk.

Let's talk

Let's see if Hopra is right for you.

15 minutes, a concrete case, sharp answers. No pitch, no sales rep.
